华南地区的城镇一经疏散，艺术宣传队就出现并开始在布满弹痕的墙壁上讲述故事。这些宣传队是由年轻男女组成。他们跟随着前进的中国军队向军队和民众开办讲座，以图画的形式讲述中国的胜利。他们同时兼任新闻宣传员。

As cities and villages of South China were evacuated by withdrawing Japanese forces,propagandist teams of artists appeared and began telling the story of the broken GEA lifeline on walls of bullet pocked buildings.These teams are made up of young men and girls.They follow the advancing Chinese armies closely give lectures to the troops and villagers and tell in pictures the story of China's victories.They also act as news propagandists.
